- Start marketing show day and sent invitations.
- Contact existing pre-qualified buyers.
- Book private viewings.
- Weekly feedback reports and Price review (if needed)
After viewing with Buyers/Show House.
- Offer to Purchase with all additional documentation.
- Advise Bond Originator.
- Sent congratulations letter/note to buyer and seller.
- Neighborhood protection.
- Sent seller and buyer a information kit of the process.
- Phone buyer fortnightly with feedback.
